Track Your Order

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST on business days are typically processed and shipped within 1–2 business days. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order leaves our facility.

Tracking information can take 24–48 hours to update after your shipment confirmation email. If your tracking still isn't showing after 48 hours, please contact our support team with your order number and we'll investigate immediately.

Address changes are possible if your order hasn't been shipped yet. Contact us as soon as possible at [email protected] with your order number and the updated address. Once an order has shipped, we're unable to modify the delivery address.

Currently, we ship to all 50 United States with free standard shipping. International shipping may be available for select regions — check the shipping options at checkout or contact our team for details on availability and rates.

If your package is lost, damaged, or arrives with incorrect items, contact us immediately. We'll either reship your order at no extra charge or issue a full refund — your choice. All orders are backed by our 365-day money-back guarantee.
